What we collect
When you submit the Lead Audit form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and any optional details you provide (website, industry, what you're looking for). If you use the site chat, your messages are processed to generate a reply.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the Lead Audit or service you requested, and — only if you've agreed — to follow up about ZelvoraLead's services. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use tools that process data
- Google Analytics — anonymised traffic data to understand how the site is used.
- WhatsApp Business — messages you send us via WhatsApp are handled per WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
- The site chat assistant — your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Conversations aren't used to train models and aren't linked to your identity unless you provide contact details in the chat yourself.
- Netlify Forms — the Lead Audit form is processed and stored via our hosting provider, Netlify.
Your rights (POPIA)
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zelvoralead@gmail.com and we'll action this within a reasonable time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period after for record-keeping.
Cookies
We use standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. No cookies are used to sell your data or track you across other sites.
